Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Making, build, and delivery of correct monthly management accounts for senior managers, working to assist teams throughout the organization.
- Support Senior Finance Staff to track expenditure against approval budgets and classify any important modifications to managers.
- Support in making quarterly financial reports to Senior Management Team.
- Build of yearly budgets effectively.
- Make material needed for the production of correct and timely internal financial data.
- Maintenance of monthly regulator account reconciliations efficiently.
- Able to administer supplier payments when needed.
- Able to maximize the usage of ICT in financial systems and protocols.
- Support and administer the accounting systems and process day to day financial data comprising sales, purchase, and general ledgers.
- Deliver advice and direction on financial processes to subordinates.
- Deliver reports for senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/ACCA/ ICMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 4 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
