Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure timely and correct accomplishment of monthly closing measures, comprising reconciliations, general entries and financial reporting.
- Conducting a full spectrum of GL purpose comprise fixed assets, inventory, and to keep a full set of accounts.
- Make monthly financial statements and management reports for group reporting, making sure they fulfil both group reporting needs.
- Make and keep balance sheet schedules effectively.
- Support in handling compliance as per with financial guidelines and assistance external and internal audit developments.
- Classify opportunities to enhance accounting operation competence and execute best major practices to modernize developments.
- Evaluate work and deliver assistance to team members, offering direction and mentorship to improve their growth.
- Cooperate and work closely with key major business stakeholders throughout several regions and purposes to address accounting problems and enquiries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/ACCA/ ICMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
