- Keep executive’s program and support in planning board meetings, appointments, conferences etc.
- Able to take part in meetings and keep minutes of meeting efficiently.
- Able to receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when needed.
- Manage and arrange all incoming or outgoing correspondence like letters, e-mail, and packages.
- Prepare travel arrangements for executives and senior management.
- Manage private documents making sure they remain protective.
- Track office supplies and negotiate terms as per company’s guidelines with suppliers to make sure the most cost-saving orders.
- Keep electronic and paper records making sure data is organized and effortlessly accessible.
- Perform research and make presentations of reports as given.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Business, Human resource from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
