Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable, making sure payments on time and correct financial records.
- Evaluate, reconcile and finalize margin claims with correctness and obeying to schedules.
- Perform daily meetings with senior management to discuss timelines, claims status and payment schedules.
- Supervise monthly and weekly reviews of outstanding claims and settlements.
- Execute internal control processes and monitor accounts receivables measures.
- Keep financial records and enhance claims processing effectiveness by using financial software.
- Able to reconcile bank statements and make sure correct recording of all financial transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
