Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) in making and implementing the risk-based audit plan and yearly risk assessment.
- Design, plan and conduct financial, functioning, and compliance audits autonomously as per with IIA protocols.
- Assist the CIA in audit planning, financial statement evaluations, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Conduct end-to-end audits, from planning to reporting, as per with IIA standards and departmental procedures.
- Classify control weaknesses, suggest enhancements, and follow up on executions.
- Able to follow up on execution of audit suggestions to make sure timely closure of agreed measures.
- Able to contribute to ERM measures, risk classifications, and process advancement initiatives.
- Perform quality reviews of audit working documents and reports to make sure wholeness, correctness, and constancy.
- Perform special assignments and deliver recommended support on internal controls and strategies.
- Stay informed with developing risks, guidelines, and best audit practices.
- Any other related task duties given in arrangement with the role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CIA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 4+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
