Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attainment an understanding of the client’s requirements and cooperating them and the quality protocols to the production teams.
- Planning ways to enhance the manufacturing process to make sure higher-quality goods.
- Developing, improving, and evaluating new conditions and procedures for products or developments, and provide training staff to use them.
- Set the needs for raw materials from suppliers and tracking their compliance.
- Leading technicians, inspectors, and other related staff members and delivering direction.
- Making sure legal responsibilities are monitored and making sure compliance with regulatory authorities and with health and safety laws.
- Managing product development processes to classify any abnormalities from quality standards.
- Reviewing the final output, equating it to the needs, and approving or rejecting the ultimate products.
- Maintain correct documentation and conducting statistical analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed university.
- At least have 10+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
