Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and lead the development of mechanical engineering designs, schedules, specifications, drawings, quantity and cost estimations for an extensive variety of new construction and maintenance development projects.
- Design, plans, schedules and manages thorough stages of mechanical engineering work moreover as part of a main project or for whole project of lesser scope.
- Assessments contractors’ mechanical proposals and works to make sure agreement with tactics and conditions.
- Evaluations consultant’s mechanical strategies and proposal packages.
- Creates field examinations of current abilities.
- Creates examinations of construction and contractual difficulties that might ascend on construction projects.
- Build problematic engineering computation and investigation in relation with mechanical design of utility systems and transport facilities; lead the making of detailed drawings for these services.
- Examines and leads a varied variation of normal and difficult construction projects to make sure compliance with contract strategies and conditions.
- Support in the development of difficult contract documents.
- Makes communication and generate technical engineering reports in relation with a widespread variation of projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 15 – 20 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is plus.
- Expertise in using Software like HAP, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
