Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize and install operating system, computer hardware and applications.
- Keeping correct records of concerns, troubleshooting types and resolves in the IT helpdesk system.
- Deliver first-line assistance to employees who struggles with technical issues.
- Determination and Troubleshoot software, hardware and network discrepancies.
- Support through technical assistance and training to users.
- Coordinate with other departments to perceive IT requirements and deliver on time assistance.
- Make sure compliance as per company guidelines and IT security procedures.
- Support users with configuration, installation and enduring usability of system software and hardware.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology or relevant education.
- At least 2+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
