Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise, build and train a team of call centre, quality assurance and compliant cell.
- Monitor regular operations of the contact center and make sure timely and smoothness resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
- Handle workforce scheduling and make sure quite staffing levels.
- Track major performance indicators and execute enhancements.
- Daily perform audits, evaluate customer feedback and execute process enhancements to improve and operational smoothness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
