Awwal Modaraba Management Limited (AMML) is approved by the Registrar Modaraba Companies and Modaraba, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to float and handle multipurpose Modaraba Funds. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle all financial concerns comprising Loan & Lease portfolio, tax compliance relating to the business.
  • Management of Finance team subordinates and their responsibilities on a regular basis.
  • To make sure actual system of reporting to the upper management, Board of Directors and related authorities (including regulators).
  • Working together with the external auditors in completion of the statutory financial accounts and in decision of their report to propose true and fair view.
  • In connection with the internal auditors in their assessment and reply to their observation for forward submission to the Audit Committee.
  • To working together with other departments of the parent company in release of their accountability relating to the Business.
  • Provide support to CEO in decision making on all financial concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA qualified preferred or post graduate degree in finance recognized and approved by HEC.
  • At least have 5-10 years of managerial experience in fields of audit/ accounting/ managing financial/ corporate affairs roles of a company.
  • Income tax ordinance, tax-related compliance, SBPs/ SECPs prudential regulations comprising Companies ACT 2017, Code of Corporate Governance, sales tax etc.
  • Policy Creation and Process development Skills.
  • Comprehensive thoughtful of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other pertinent Regulations and Laws.
