Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Produce purchase requisition through material need planning to evaluate raw material needs quickly over considering lead time, order confirmation and make sure of Bill of Materials truthfulness.
Make sure of all raw materials must be available on site before decided production dates, keeping level of stock minimum to restrain resource redundancy for material unavailability.
Make and keep safety stock levels for serious raw materials with long lead times, according to budgets/ forecasts.
Coordinate with warehouse, quality, procurement department and production team members to accomplish planned production goals, constantly over the year.
Monitor and Schedule material supplies to gain advantages of vendor managed inventories and consignment stocks, collaborating closely with purchasers.
Nurture efficient communication and establish positive associations with internal stakeholders and related to procurement department resources to simplify the whole process from order placement to delivery of products.
Execute methods to avoid outdated and obsolete materials in inventory & slow-moving, reducing business liabilities in form of operating working capital.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have BS/ BE or BBA/ MBA degree or equivalent from any reputed university.
At least have 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in any industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
