Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluation of software applications and services.
- Making sure that product functionalities and offerings are aligned as per with consumer trends.
- Coordinate with management and sales teams on product development process.
- Conducting application updates, installations, and maintenance.
- Provide training to salespeople on product specifications.
- Analyzing system performance statistics and enhancing front-end functionality.
- Assisting clients with system optimization, application installations, and troubleshooting problems.
- Advancing application functionality by adding client feedback.
- Evaluating product specifications and assessing competitor behavior.
- Conducting diagnostic tests and rectifying logged bugs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BE degree in Electrical/ Electronics or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 4 – 6 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
