Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the month-end closing actions and make sure correct and timely management, financial and statutory reporting comprising consolidation.
- Making of several financial analysis and MIS for reporting management.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Handling the ERP systems by monitoring controls and act as a liaison between SAP technical team and the users for change requests, rectifying problems and add new functionalities.
- Leading fixed assets and insurance matters.
- Making of audit and board committees working documents.
- Support company secretary to lay out corporate and regulatory compliance fillings according to appropriate corporate laws and keep secretarial documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA or Master’s Degree from any reputed university.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
