Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle and create a team of QA/ QC qualified, delivering training, coaching and assist to make sure the capability and great performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, rules changes and latest technologies relevant to food safety and quality management.
- Possess exceptional knowledge of regulatory authorities, comprising the FDA and other related agencies, making sure compliance with all pertinent guidelines and procedures.
- Perform daily examination, tests and audits to track identify variations, product quality and enforce appropriate actions as per need.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, comprising Supply Chain, Production and R&D to identify quality concerns, improve procedures and generate constant growth.
- Handle inspection through customer queries, non-conformances and quality concerns and enforce precautionary approaches to solve the problems.
- Build and execute quality standards, processes and protocols for production process, raw material, and finished products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelors and Masters or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 10 – 12 years of experience in QA/ QC roles in food industry.
- Hands on experience of and managing and implementing QA/ QC systems, programs and procedures.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
