Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain monitoring of inventory and collaborate with other departments to meet purchase requirements.
- Cooperate with suppliers to compare and request quotations.
- Keep correct purchasing documents and raise purchase orders.
- Make and procedure for supplier invoices.
- Handle the procurement development, making sure deliveries on time and rectifying any relevant queries.
- Support in procurement activities, comprising inventory management, purchasing and logistics.
- Collaborate with warehouses, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Keep correct reports and records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, procurement or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2+ years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in managing ERP or purchasing systems.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
