Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accountable for monitoring, billing, store provision and confirmation of project’s work completed and financial growth at both the activities like with petty contractors and with client.
- Handling and make sure that site managers and QS meritoriously lead and handle each construction doings.
- Establish engineering explanations a delivering the essentials leadership and supervision for project team members to execute those actions.
- Liable to execute security processes and protocols to secure materials and equipment at Site.
- Proactively handling risks to dodge delays in accomplishment of timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BE & ME degree in relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 15 – 20 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
