Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make procurement documents, procurement plan and support in procurement management.
- Support in facilitating compliance to the contract, recommendations on contractual matters and present the contract.
- Analyses of project correspondences kept and recommend on problem issues together with proof of classify of any additions/ changes/ deletions to the contract.
- Assist in the making and negotiation subcontract agreements if required.
- Support in performance bonds, warranties, and insurance and make sure that they are in align as per with the main contract and any subcontract conditions.
- Assist in drafting contractual responses and follow ups.
- Make sure that clear and correct records of contractual matters are kept to track major dates, against the dates mentioned in the main contract and any subcontracts.
- Make contract supplements as required.
- Participate in meetings regarding progress, contractual materials, and support in making and issuing minutes of such meetings.
- Make sure that certificates and notices are issued and received as per with the contract.
- Support in evaluating and processing of Contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
- Support to evaluate the project timelines.
- Coordinate with and get information from contractors/ consultants for updating and reporting aims.
- Join weekly and monthly meetings with Contractor/ Consultant as needed.
- Support to make the monthly progress reports as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BE degree in Electrical/ Electronics or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 4 – 6 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
