Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and handle accounts payable & receivable operations to make sure compliance and correctness.
- Track vendor/ customer payments, follow up over outstanding balances and make sure collections on time.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, keep financial records and make aging reports.
- Make sure compliance as per accounting procedures and company protocols.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to rectifying financial differences.
- Execute process enhancement to improve correctness and smoothness.
- Support in audits and financial reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ ICMA degree in Finance or relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
