Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Brief product detail to advertising for sales tools.
- Make and handle the stitching manufacturing plan to fulfil delivery schedules and make sure efficient workflow throughout production lines.
- Track regular manufacturing aims, classify bottlenecks and rectify problems relevant to manufacturing delays.
- Capacity usage of production lines according to the basis of Man hours.
- Supervise and lead a team operators, making sure that they pursue protocols operating processes and quality procedures.
- Classify and execute process enhancements to increase smoothness, less waste and keep high-quality protocols in manufacturing operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in textile or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
