Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical and physical testing of intermediate, raw materials and finished products (Ghee & Oil).
- Track process parameters and assist in production with real-time quality feedback.
- Track appropriate records and documentation as per ISO/ HACCP and SOPs needs.
- Make sure laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Execute and apply hygiene and safety protocols within the lab environment.
- Support in certifications, audits and compliance-relevant matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc degree in Chemistry, food science or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in analytical techniques like Saponification, lodine value, titration.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
