Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in talent acquisition by handling screening candidates, job postings and coordinating interviews.
- Support in designing and executing OD tactics to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Assist the implementation of development and training programs, comprising scheduling sessions, identifying needs and review training impact.
- Take part in employee engagement initiatives like feedback mechanisms, surveys and action plans.
- Support in performance management by assisting goal setting, appraisals and performance enhancement plans.
- Work on change management programs to help drive a positive workplace culture.
- Assist succession planning and talent management tactics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ BS/ BPA/ MPA/ MBA Degree in or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
