Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day actions of Data & Performance Measurement department workers.
- Able to handle the data process from needs collection for statistics, data storage and extraction, via the usage of computer systems and software.
- Lead the requirements for constant discovering for ease and robust way out to transform, extract and load information and deliver reports.
- Track and lead the data collection from secondary and primary sources comprising clinical and non-clinical sources, administrative and make sure data reliability and validity.
- Instruct and guide the Data Analysts and Coordinators on the job training approach based on the suitable data gathering method when manual data requirements to be gathered.
- Evaluate and assist the making of reports relevant to external and internal and for SMEC.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, public health, information management or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
