Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keep and modify employee records relevant to bonuses, salaries, benefits and deductions.
- Modify records for terminations, new hires and changes in employment benefits or status.
- Make pay slips and manage issues relevant to payroll inconsistencies.
- Keep correct employee records, comprising leave, attendance and performance reviews.
- Handle payroll correctly on time using SAP.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s / Diploma or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 0 – 3 year of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office like word, powerpoint & excel.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
