Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Make sure compliance of the provisions of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and 2017 like specially section 42 and public sector and rules prepared there-under and other statutes and by-laws of the company.
Tracking variations in related legislation and the governing environment and utilize applicable action.
Coordinate with advisers and regulators, like auditors, lawyers, and SECP for keeping company matters.
Making and monitoring the systems that make sure the company fulfills with all appropriate codes, related to statutory and legal needs.
Meet the procedures given by SECP for carry out legal, financial, and statutory matters.
Perform registration as Company Secretary for the organization efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:
