Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with finance team to assemble and evaluate financial data, classify trends and enlighten areas for enhancement or cost-effective opportunities.
- Make sure compliance as per accounting protocols, internal controls, and regulatory needs governing financial operations throughout store locations.
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors to enable audits, deliver documentation and rectify problems or results relevant to financial procedures and controls.
- Perform Sales tax reconciliation is to make sure all sales transactions related to tax and accurate tax rates have been applied, issues are classified and rectify.
- Conduct income tax withholding and reconciliation compliance to avoid financial penalties and keep correct financial records.
- Perform vendor reconciliation is to get vendor statement, compare records, classify differences, validate outstanding balances, modify records and document reconciliation.
- Conduct payment verification is to get payment records, compare payment as per invoices, verify payment, and validate receipts.
- Collaborate with vendor is to rectify problems like missing invoices, payment mismatches, error charges and working relevant to resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ICMA and B.Com/ M.Com degree from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 year of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
