Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Making financial reports such as invoices, bills, and accounts receivable and payable.
- Finishing purchase orders from the clients.
- Handling payroll for all employees in a company.
- Finalizing financial reports on a daily basis and delivering valuable insights to the chief financial officer.
- Supporting in preparation of budgets.
- Provide Assistance in Bank reconciliations.
- Data entry financial information into suitable accounting software.
- Maintaining company ledgers without errors.
- Handling business expenses and payment on time.
- Managing internal and external audits preparation.
- Confirming balances in account books and correcting inconsistencies.
- Confirming bank deposits.
- Handling day-to-day transactions.
- Maintaining office expenditures and make sure these expenses are within the budget.
- Supporting the finance department and senior accounting subordinates with numerous tasks, including records, statements and preparing budgets.
- Recording daily receipts.
- Making annual budgets.
- Finishing the year-end analysis.
- Reporting on debtors and creditors analyses.
- Control prepayments and accruals.
- Handling monthly budgeting tasks.
- Posting accounting entries for data processing.
- Arranging financial information and posting them to the appropriate accounts.
- Studying financial reports for correctness and exactly outlining errors back to their source.
- Determining mistakes in financial reports and modifying faulty reporting approaches.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least have 1 – 2 years of accounting experience.
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Expertise in relevant accounting software.
- Sturdy interpersonal and communication skills.
