Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure their team members is performing the given job well.
- Able to train the team on their maintenance duties.
- Make sure the team member has the accurate information of the assets/installation.
- Able to do the PPM given appropriately on time.
- Conduct helpful duties and complete them on time.
- Support subcontractors to conduct the work given to them.
- Able to take care of the quality of the work achieved by their team.
- Able to report flaws, faults, breakdowns, harms, etc., to the Fault Reporting Center.
- Able to follow the responsibilities roster.
- Able to report any spare parts needs and availability.
- Conduct other relevant responsibilities as given.
- Support producing paperwork requested for external or internal audit.
- Able to use common sense although performing their responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have DAE/ B.Tech in Electrical from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
