Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial reports and present financial data to managerial staff amid suggesting further courses of measure.
- Suggest on investment measures and deliver tactics that the company should take effectively.
- Keep the financial position of the organization.
- Evaluate costs, variable contributions, pricing, sales outcomes and the company’s actual performance compared to the business goals.
- Build trends and estimations for the firm’s finances.
- Perform reviews and assessment for cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor operations of the finance department, set aims and goals, and design a structure for these to be fulfilled.
- Handle the making of the company’s budget.
- Cooperate with auditors to make sure suitable tracking of company finances is kept.
- Able to correspond with several other related departments, debating company plans and agreeing on future routes to be engaged.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s/ MBA in finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 7 – 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
