Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage effective junior-level non-technical & technical recruitment and support in senior level hiring.
- Handle bookkeeping & accounting effectively.
- Make monthly to yearly financial statements.
- Handle external/ internal reporting & performance analysis.
- Able to handle tax planning & compliance.
- Manage external & internal audit matters.
- Able to strengthen internal controls & make sure efficient financial operations at factories, HO & outlets.
- Supervise the making of yearly budgets and periodic estimates as per with department heads.
- Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis, classify discrepancies and deliver clear explanations with accurate measures suggestions.
- Manage matters relevant to Sharia-based bank funding.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ Master’s Degree in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 6 – 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
