- Build and implement the organization’s financial tactic, arranging it with complete business aims.
- Monitor budgeting processes, delivering correct estimate to guide organizational investments.
- Make sure correct and timely financial reporting as per compliance with regulatory protocols.
- Classify financial risks and execute controls to secure the company’s assets and status.
