Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain computer systems running efficiently and make sure users get the maximum advantage from them.
- Able to install and organize computer hardware operating systems and applications effectively.
- Track and keep computer systems and networks.
- Deliver support in a face-to-face ability, over the phone or through remote desktop software, supporting staff or clients to set up systems or rectify problems.
- Able to troubleshoot system and network issues, resolving and solving hardware or software error.
- Responsible to replace parts as needed.
- Able to support the roll-out of new applications efficiently.
- Able to set up new users’ profiles and accounts and deal with password problems.
- Able to work uninterruptedly on a task until accomplishment or referral to third parties, if needed.
- Able to test and review new technology.
- Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
