Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to repair, install, maintenance and upgrade the computer software, hardware and CCTV.
- Resolve and troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues at remote or site locations.
- Handle and troubleshoot like print, antivirus, file, active directory as per the instruction of reporting in-charge.
- Execute advancements, advises, and modifications in the existing WAN/ LAN and hardware to fulfil the company needs.
- Keep and make sure the presence of the WAN/ LAN.
- Able to install operating systems and other relevant application software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSCS / BSIT degree in Computer Science or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 1+ years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using operating system and networking protocols.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
