Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure compliance as per employment rules, keeping correct employee details, and support through HR reporting and documents.
- Provide assistance about the implementation, development and modification of HR regulations to make sure compliance as per best practices and current laws.
- Communicate with accounts department for internal audit as well as external audit as and when needed.
- Deliver assistance in making training calendar and make sure its execution in addition to strategy for in-house insurance certification.
- Assist performance appraisal procedure, comprising monitor reviews, support managers with assessments and helping employee development and training programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
- Exceptional problem solving skills to solve employee concerns and HR tasks effectively and creatively.
- Strong understanding about employees issues and nurturing an assistance work setting.
- Brilliant expertise in using compensation and Decibel analysis tools
