Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting function and evaluate Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual financial statements.
- Supervise in making of budget and financial prediction of the company and conduct via analysis and reporting on real & budgeted numbers.
- Lead implementation of investment transactions and fund management.
- Perform research work about investment avenues and other related income and advise treasury movement with relevant to Company’s investment portfolio.
- Evaluate income tax return filing, tax computation and correspond with tax advisors on corporate tax matters.
- Lead in making and finalization of yearly reports comprising coordinate with departments.
- Advise revision in NCCPL tariff and to support management in drafting related workings, document to seek the permission from SECP.
- Make Board and its committees working documents and minutes of related committee.
- To support internal and external auditors amid audit processes of the finance department.
- Compliance as per ISMS rules and procedure comprising any other relevant needs set forth suitable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements of the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Chartered Accountant or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
