Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tactically handle warehouse in obedience with company’s strategies and goals.
- Monitor warehousing, distribution receiving, and repairs operations.
- Structure plan and make sure effective premises use.
- Start, organize and impose optimum operational rules and measures.
- Obey to all warehousing, managing and distribution legislation needs.
- Keep principles of safety and health, cleanliness and protection.
- Handle stock control and settle with data storage system.
- Make annual budget effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and relevant transport companies.
- Design work rotation, allocate responsibilities suitably and evaluate outcomes.
- Hire, choose, orient, train and inspire staff.
- Generate reports and indicators repeatedly like waste stock, IN/OUT status report, report etc.
- Accept feedback and track the excellence of services delivered
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, logistics or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
