Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all warehouse activities obey with company health, policies and protection regulations and industry protocols.
- Assist regular warehouse operations by keeping cleanliness, organizing goods and making sure that protection and operational protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with the logistics team, procurement and customer service departments to resolve any problems or issues relevant to finished goods.
- Monitor and process the packing, picking and shipping of finished goods to fulfill customer orders and internal distribution needs.
- Perform examinations to make sure the quality and correctness of products before they are shipped out, rectifying any problems or differences.
- Support in handling finished goods inventory, comprising reconciliation of discrepancies, daily stock counts and correct record-keeping.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant education.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
