Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and plan the steps included in the interview and selection procedures, like tests, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
- Usage our candidate tracking system to evaluate candidate information, comprising credentials and contact data.
- Predict each department’s recruiting needs for the upcoming quarters and annual.
- Keep long-term association with former and probable candidates.
- Handle the whole hiring process from start to end to obey to corporate aims and tactics in the responsible function.
- Work closely with recruiting managers to know the operation and critical features essential.
- Lead junior talent acquisition team consequently.
- Allocate proposals to successful candidates and negotiate salary effectively.
- Inspects job applications and reference checks reports efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human resource from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
