Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leading and cooperating regular measures with Account Executives.
- Building and executing sales quotes for the sales team effectively.
- Establishing and keeping long-term business related with customers.
- Handling customer accounts and making sure they remain fulfilled with the company’s services.
- Building and executing actual customer account retaining plans.
- Cooperating with customers to classify their needs.
- Able to promote company’s products and services and supporting clients to make a purchase.
- Able to contact customers and collecting feedback.
- Making sure that the sales goals are fulfilled.
- Able to address customer problems and complaints.
- Able to explain and negotiate contract terms to customers efficiently.
- Supporting the team with advertising campaigns and marketing offers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
