Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and cooperate all technical characteristics of AC power substation projects.
- Able to technical supervise for compliance, scheduling, to protocols and conditions, value engineering, design evaluate planning, and making sure quality assurance and control.
- Being a single point of contact for all technical substances between customers, suppliers, project managers, and engineering team members.
- Answerable for supporting and directing engineers and designers to fulfil technical provisions, budget restraints, and project schedules.
- Lead cross-discipline cooperation to fulfil combined substation solutions.
- Supervise making of high-voltage tool specifications and contractor work scopes.
- Support the manager in making sure team members productivity and billable usage.
- Make sure all engineering outputs fulfil customer CTQs, and are fulfilled on time and within budget.
- Assist commissioning and boundary efforts between customers and project stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ BE/ BSc in Electrical, electronic from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
