Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough examinations of mechanical systems, comprising plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, to make sure they meet all safety and quality values
- Make complete examination reports, documenting any insufficiencies and delivering suggestions for enhancement.
- Cooperate with engineers, contractors, and building owners to make sure all essential repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely and cost-saving manner.
- Stay informed with all related codes, protocols, and regulations, and make sure that all examinations are led as per with these strategies.
- Keep correct records of all examinations and deliver daily updates to senior management on the status of projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 7+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
