Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Classify, engage and gain funding from corporate donors and rich individuals via proactive outreach and relation building.
- Build and execute customized fundraising tactics targets at CSR departments, formal markets, and philanthropic entities.
- Organize and spread current donor databases by doing research and reaching out to new opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Cooperate donor, meetings, demonstrations and on-site visits to exhibit organizational effect and nurture trust.
- Keep a comprehensive knowledge of the funding of projects visibility for funding by donors, whereas all Deaf Reach products available.
- Make compelling presentations, proposals and effect reports customized for diverse donor segments.
- Handle the donor channel and make sure follow-up, communication on time and relation establishment activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 4+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
