Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the finance department, tracking financial operations, accounting procedures, and the finance team efficiently.
- Build and execute financial tactics allied with the company’s targets.
- Handle the making of all financial reporting, comprising budget variance analysis, monthly financial statements, and year-end financial reports.
- Make sure compliance as per with statutory law and financial guidelines.
- Cooperate with upper management to build and control the company’s yearly budget.
- Deliver tactic suggestions to the CEO and members of the executive management team members.
- Handle cash flow and estimating, build a consistent cash flow projection procedures, and reporting mechanism immediately.
- Build and develop association with upper management, stakeholders and external partners.
- Determine and handle risk, comprising market, credit, liquidity, and operative risks.
- Supervise financial analysis and planning operations, delivering insights and financial recommendations that will permit the company to make informed business judgements.
- Lead the consistent enhancement of end-to-end accounting practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA Semi-Qualified/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
