Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle and modify admission supervise in the CRM or Excel database, making sure correctness and follow-up on time.
- Create outbound calls to potential students, instruct those regarding programs and reassure them to apply.
- Communicate with the admissions team to make sure students complete paper work & present for admission tests.
- Support in on-campus admission leads, orientation sessions and relevant outreach events.
- Keep a record of student queries, application status and follow-up measures.
- Deliver support in admissions-relevant administrative duties like verification, printing, filling etc.
- Cooperate with the marketing team members for campaign follow-ups and student conversions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
