Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise full-cycle accounting functions, comprising regular bookkeeping, ledgers, journal entries, and financial record keeping.
- Manage cost accounting for manufacturing functions, covering raw material utilization, yield evaluation, production costing, and variance reporting effectively.
- Make and evaluate cash flow statements, MIS reports, cost summaries, and monthly financial performance information for upper management.
- Handle attendance verification, payroll processing, statutory deductions, and salary reconciliations effectively.
- Conduct sellers, customer, and inter-company reconciliations and make sure correct accounting of payables and receivables.
- Monitor statutory tax filings like Sales Tax, Income Tax, and TDS, and make sure timely compliance as per with all regulatory needs.
- Cooperate and assist external and internal audits by making schedules, documentation, and replying to auditor queries.
- Deliver financial analysis to assist in costing, pricing decisions, budgeting, and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Handle ERP system functions, make sure accurate information flow, troubleshoot problems, enhance modules, and lead full functional utilization throughout departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA / Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
