Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Delivering leadership, way and management of the finance and accounting team members.
- Delivering tactic suggestions to the CEO/President and members of the board/ management team.
- Handling the procedures for financial estimating and budgets, and monitoring the making of all financial reporting.
- Guiding on long-term business and financial planning effectively.
- Deliver commercial insight and leadership throughout the business for exceeding business plan goals.
- Able to responsible for making sure the risk and compliance management structure is built and operational for the Group.
- Creating and building associations with senior management and stakeholders and external partners.
- Evaluating all formal finance, HR and IT relevant processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ CPA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
