Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement foreign exchange transactions with bank treasury desks, comprising purchase of documents, negotiation of export proceeds, and import payments in foreign currency.
- Perform negotiation and book forward contracts to Hedge Company’s foreign currency disclosure for imports and exports.
- Make and submit monthly stock reports to banking partners in compliance with financing needs.
- Cooperate with banks and internal departments to make all documents needed for approval or renewal of finance of new finance facilities.
- Make and handle export refinance facility, loans and EFS.
- Support in tracking company bank positions, cash flows, and treasury relevant reporting.
- Make sure compliance with audit needs, internal controls and regulatory procedures relevant to treasury operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
