- Able to report to senior management and executing orders.
- Cooperating with staff and management about administrative matters.
- Maintain track of account balances and handling petty cash.
- Able to approve expenditure and releasing payments to sellers and suppliers.
- Confirming timesheets and processing payroll on time.
- Monitoring the repair, maintenance, and spare of office furniture and equipment.
- Preparation and handling conferences, meetings, workshops, and special programs.
- Preparation travel arrangements, cooperating conference calls, and managing RSVPs for events.
- Keeping disclosure with delicate correspondence and information.
- Able to hire and train new Office Administrators.
Eligibility Criteria:
