Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor the end-to-end functions of the accounts payable team members, comprising payment runs, invoice processing, and expense report senior management.
- Make sure all payments are processed correctly, in a timely manner, and in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory needs.
- Evaluate and accept large or complex payments and invoices.
- Build and enforce accounts payable guidelines and measures.
- Build and keep strong relations with suppliers and vendors.
- Rectify escalated seller issues, inconsistencies, or disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Make sure correct vendor records, comprising banking data and tax documents.
- Perform negotiate payment terms and discounts with sellers to enhance cash flow.
- Execute and track internal controls to secure company assets and stop fraud.
- Cooperate with auditors to assist external and internal audit requests and to make sure correct and compliance.
- Classify and execute opportunities for process automation and efficiency advancements within the accounts payable workflow.
- Stay updated regard modifications in accounting guidelines, evolving technologies and best major practices in accounts payable management.
- Monitor the execution and maintenance of accounts payable systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA / Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
