Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day bookkeeping and accounting duties, comprising correct and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, comprising payments withholding tax deductions, processing invoices and collections.
- Perform reconciliation bank statements and financial records.
- Handle and keep fixed assets register.
- Make and submit on timely basis monthly/ yearly sales tax, withholding tax and related other regulatory returns with annexures.
- Cooperate with other related departments on matters relevant to accounts.
- Support in making supporting papers/ reports for financial outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
