Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor maturing investments and strategy for their reinvestment to fulfil operational requirements.
- Deliver monthly statements for collateral standings with bankers.
- Evaluation and make sure correctness of financial schedules and reports, like stock position and markup working.
- Communicate with financial institutions and banks for new/renewed banking services and conduct negotiation for rates.
- Monitor monthly closing and bank reconciliation actions.
- Handle regular treasury functions, comprising fund transfers, fund monitoring, and foreign remittances.
- Monitor company bank accounts and keep financial instruments such as LCs and bank guarantees.
- Cooperate with the Head of Finance to get promising financial preparations with banks and intermediaries.
- Handle leasing services, comprising sale and leaseback preparations.
- Make and keep the essential documents for the process of mortgage/charge in favor of leasing companies and banks comprising issue of mortgage/charge.
- Keep compliance as per financial principles and top practices in treasury management.
- Handle dealings with financial institutions and banks.
- Cooperate with internal and external auditors for audit goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CPA/ CMA part qualified or qualified and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 5+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Arabic & English is mandatory.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
